I order from here often and will never order again after tonight. I placed my order at 7AM!!!!!! FOR 5H30 PM. It took my husband about 45 minutes just to manage to speak with someone because there were so many people in there he couldn't even move ( which btw I am sure the firefighters would love to hear how you follow the building capacity code) to be told our order was not ready and it would be AT LEAST another hour. You are the definition of a greedy business trying to profit from a holiday by taking WAY to many orders, way more than you could handle. You ruined so many people's valentines day today and from what I see in the other reviews have lost so many customers over this. It is NOT normal that you do not plan ahead and stop taking orders when you are at capacity. It is not normal that an order placed 12 hours before is not ready upon pick up time. If you want to run a business, RUN IT RIGHT. You should be ashamed of the type of service you provided and how many people you ruined the night for.
I am a regular customer and I ordered for Valentine's Day. I took the trouble to call at 11 a.m. when it opened to place my order for 6 p.m. I understand it's a busy time, but I had the worst service. Around 4 p.m., I called to confirm my order. The girl on the phone was not responsive. She doesn't listen to me. It's not clear. She confirms to me that yes she has my order. My boyfriend even went to check there at the same time. The girl at reception told us to come back around 7 p.m. At 7:00 p.m., we waited 30 minutes to be told that they did not have our order. No excuses, no explanations, no compensation for a future visit. I understand that we can make mistakes, but not giving me services or explaining things is unacceptable. Very very very disappointed and will never go back because of this experience.

The few times we ordered a pickup for a specific time we had to wait 15-20 minutes once we got there. And now they ruined our valentines and told us our order would be delayed at least 45 minutes once we got there. No need to say we cancelled it. Very bad organization of their time, incompetence will lead this restaurant to close, I hope. Will never order again.
Seriously the worst service I have seen in a restaurant. Hello, prepare your orders in advance….

A very busy Saturday evening, so either order ahead or get ready to wait at least half an hour cashier offered my order to someone else so why ask my name if you wont shout it out

Motorcycle outing with a stop halfway in Valleyfield. Solo dinner at the sushi shop. Very nice presentation made by the Chef. Relaxing music, plenty of time to enjoy. Perfect outing!

I went there this afternoon and received impeccable service, even though I had not pre-ordered over the phone. I received my order (perfect) and with a smile from the staff there. Nothing to complain about! ?

When I went in to order I was the only one at the counter, I waited almost a half hour just to get the wrong poke bowls.
0 service. Zoe needs to be fired. Her attitude is beyond the limits. I don't think she realize her behavior. Low standards.
And message to the owner: please don't copy paste the message back to the customer. You know it is not the first complaint like this. Take action and read back the previous reviews from other customers. If you, as an owner don't do nothing about it, you are as well a part of the problem. Don't ask why the ratings are going down for your business.

After choosing the deluxe 52 pieces, AND PAID, we are told that it takes AN HOUR to do it. At lunchtime.
You should start by saying that for this order it takes this time.
The young person at the counter also makes a speech as if it is the customer's fault that they are not capable of providing service. Very insolent and no solution offered.
