Well this morning, September 16 around 10:30 I asked for 1 full-flavored bagel with cream cheese and I specified it to a young lady who said it would finish in 45 minutes. I want it to be toasted very well = twice in the toaster and for it to be crispy. The employee even joked and told someone back if he understood correctly. Then an older one replaced it at the checkout and I should have doubted it because when I received it, it was cold/lukewarm and when I opened it at home, it hadn't even been toasted once!!!!! Tabar......come on if I wanted 1 slice of bread, I would have taken a loaf from us......please tell your employees that no one wants 1 white bagel!!!!! This isn't even the first or even the fourth time this has happened. Wake up your employees or stop opening the store!!!!!

The guy at reception couldn't tell the difference between an iced cappuccino and a hot cappuccino. The employees had an attitude towards customers. The employees were very angry and “obstinate” among themselves. They ordered the wrong thing. They decided not to cook any more crispy chicken, so there was none left for our wraps. It was very cold inside.

Le service était déplorable. Nous avions plusieurs petites factures, mais au lieu de nous demander calmement de venir à l’intérieur pour régler, les employées ont choisi d’être condescendantes, nous rappelant de manière agressive qu’elles n’avaient que 25 secondes pour nous servir. Leur attitude était arrogante, et elles n’ont pas cessé de lever les yeux au ciel.

I waited 45 minutes for a cream cheese and bacon bagel... As of writing this I still haven't received it... Very rarely satisfied with the Tim Hortons in Valleyfield.
Big difference with those of the surrounding towns.

Why am I still stopping at this Tim? There is never anything! 7:20 in the morning, there are no more timbits I wanted. I asked them if they were going to have any more and I was told that no there weren't going to be any more for the day. This is one example among many. Lack of item, intentional error (there were none left so I gave you that instead), stupid employee despite the fact that I was polite.
