Took over ten minutes for an employee to come over and take my order, while three other employees were just standing around talking. A line formed behind us and everyone left before they could even have theyre order placed because it took so long

Well this morning, September 16 around 10:30 I asked for 1 full-flavored bagel with cream cheese and I specified it to a young lady who said it would finish in 45 minutes. I want it to be toasted very well = twice in the toaster and for it to be crispy. The employee even joked and told someone back if he understood correctly. Then an older one replaced it at the checkout and I should have doubted it because when I received it, it was cold/lukewarm and when I opened it at home, it hadn't even been toasted once!!!!! Tabar......come on if I wanted 1 slice of bread, I would have taken a loaf from us......please tell your employees that no one wants 1 white bagel!!!!! This isn't even the first or even the fourth time this has happened. Wake up your employees or stop opening the store!!!!!

The guy at reception couldn't tell the difference between an iced cappuccino and a hot cappuccino. The employees had an attitude towards customers. The employees were very angry and âobstinateâ among themselves. They ordered the wrong thing. They decided not to cook any more crispy chicken, so there was none left for our wraps. It was very cold inside.
