Well if you want the detail, I'll provide some: for starter the place is totally under staffed, I went inside becaise the drive in line was too long and hoped ordering a cofee and use the bathroom. Well one bathroom wasnt functionnal and then there was a bananas on the floor and others garbage on the kitchen floor and no one was available to take my ordsr neither. And just to be clear we can't blame the only two employees for trying to answer 20 customers and run the place like this... they deserve a medal. The owner should revisit its metric and hire more worker...

Can’t recall ever being in a worse Tim Hortons. Filthy. Toilet filthy. Staff completely untrained or possibly just thick. 35 minutes to get a bagel, and only 1 other customer in there. And when they finally managed to produce it, burned to a crisp. Completely black. Wouldn’t give a refund or a new, edible bagel. Avoid at all costs!

Needs a bit of touch up in and outside place...make it look less b.s...and be ready to see all the welfare ppll there or homeless ppl and drugged addicts...

There's a reason why coffee...☕ is more expensive here then McDonald's...it's faster better... and served by a smarter staff...that are bilingual and don't mess up on anything
