Tim Hortons

My parter went in to use the bathroom and get a coffee while I stayed inside the car with the baby. It was impossible to get service. He then came back to the car and it was my turn to go inside. I had three employees make eye contact with me, but not one acknowledge me and they pretended I didn’t exist. I understand the drive through is busy, but maybe close the lobby if you don’t want customers in the lobby or at least acknowledge our existence? One woman that I made eye contact with was busy cleaning and not helping customers while the two others were working drive through…really disappointing experience.

Every time i went to this tim horton when ever i have to pass from here last time i went there to order tea, chicken wrap and everything bagel toast with butter and cream cheese inside, they put cheese on half side, i told them its not properly made , one of their staff with red hair said i dont understand your english in upset mood. when i show her by translating in my phone she say u have to pay extra if you want extra cheese i said i am not asking anything for extra or anything free just asking to spread it properly. I had never got such problem in any other tim hortons, she said i had training i know my work . So i stopped going there . I know everyone of us work hard but they should speak in good manner.

Toilet is very dirty usually closes before the time. Posted time is 10pm but they say 8pm I went 7:30 they said we're closing so no service. No pizza or sandwich after 6pm....

My bagel was a bit burnt but my order was correct and I did not have to wait forever. So far for my first time there it was pretty neat.

Employees never show up on time, better change the opening hours to after lunch... in the morning, don't bother showing up here.

I come from Montreal and I was passing through Sallaberry-de-Valleyfield for work, the cashiers are so nice and the service was A1!

A gang of incompetents! Unable to get us the invoice for our purchase, they were lost in a pile of invoices that no customer seems to receive, know that it is obligatory to give invoices to customers especially when they ask for it!

Placed an order online and it took over 2 hours to get it. The service at this Tim Hortons is only getting worse. It's been a long time since I ordered it and it will be a long time before I order again, maybe never again! It's fast food, not a 5 star restaurant.

Endless waiting, the girl doesn't stop talking super loud, tiring! Disservice

It has a lot of bees and is a bit dangerous for children who are allergic.
