The service is not good at all.
The americano is a water not a coffee.
The owner need to help and form the staff about how to serve and to do a coffee this time Hortons is a brand that make us money on coffee and donuts.

I highly recommend driving a few more miles and going to another Tim Horton than wasting your time or money at this one. Disappointment guaranteed

Extremely long service order error. People didn't smile and no one at the cash register before for a long time there was no one inside and I waited 15 minutes to be served and then 10 minutes to receive my coffee! And he wasn't like
I asked in short I strongly advise against it!

I never receive an invoice so I cannot complete the survey on the site.
I have been a customer of this tim for several years and it is getting worse and worse.
You will tell me not to go there anymore, I tell you that I am patient and understanding enough, now I realize that I am simply naive to believe that mistakes happen.
I'm not asking for the moon, I'm asking for a sugar-free latte and 2 out of 3 there are.
I ask for an iced coffee, I get lukewarm coffee, so I ask for a glass of ice and receive it with judgment.
Not to mention the endless delay for 2 coffees.
I understand that we need to train the next generation and be patient, I just wonder how many years from now this answer will no longer be valid.
Customer service is lost a lot and it is deplorable to pay for it.

Their doors open at 5 a.m. but they don't open to go inside. Lack of staff or not, you have an obligation to open your doors to your customers. What do customers do who want to use the bathroom?

Due to the lack of employing people who are not qualified, we cannot blame them
