Ordered through the Tim Hortons app to dine in, but had a really bad experience. I waited for about 15 minutes thinking they would call me or place it on the counter like they usually do in Ontario, but nothing happened. I finally went to ask, and they had no clue about my online order. The elderly lady working there didn’t even seem to know how mobile orders work. I had to show her the order on my phone, and even then she gave me just one French Vanilla when I had ordered two. I was just trying to get a coffee in peace, but this was frustrating. Not recommended.

The older lady was so lovely that she made this visit special. Great sense of humour, the star of the place. Soup was good but the atmosphere dismal. Please give it a paint

This Tim Hortons is featured on too good to go and is offering a box of today's unsold pastries worth $15.99 for $5.
I buy and when I arrive there I am given a box of 6 donuts out of a fridge with almost no frosting and hard as a rock. A box of 6 fresh donuts of your choice is $7.99, half the advertised value.
When I talk to the cashier about it, she tells me that they are all disgusting like that. She calls her boss to see if she can do something and the latter replies that no, I just have to file a complaint with too good to go and the box of donuts that I received is thrown away. So I left empty-handed and without having been reimbursed.
I draw the conclusion that this Tim Hortons is dishonest, even fraudulent by offering inedible products, by not respecting their offers and that the management does not care at all about its customers and does not take its responsibilities.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just left this Tim Hortons starving. Stopped in after an appointment as me ordered 2 farmers wraps with sausage and a large coffee. We scanned the coupon on the app and the cashier hands my son a coffee and one wrap. I said I'm sorry but we ordered 2 wraps. The woman says "well I only entered one". She says do you want another one? I said yes but my coupon was for 2 wraps. She says "well I can't do anything for another half hour" I said so you're going to give me a refund, she says yep takes my food back from me which I already received and I leave with nothing. Complete waste of my time!!!

DONT GO TO THIS TIME HORTONS!!! I waited 35 mins for coffee in drive through. get to the window finally and 3 kids are talking and joking around.. waste of time ill never get back! Useless place.

Every time I go there, products I want to order are missing or my order is wrong. Today I waited 45 minutes at the drive-thru, and they got it wrong again. The bagels are very poorly made! One of the worst Tim Hortons. I just go there because it’s close to home but I’ll never go back there again. The majority of those around me think the same.

Generally they are really nice especially the drive through: I got in and did a mobile order and it was never made. I spent 25 minutes here for 2 coffees and an ice cap. I will stick to drive through in the future. It seems they get priority no matter how long you are waiting inside
Often no product often out of stock, staff not always friendly, many errors in the order, extraordinarily little English people, store is often dirty.
