Welcome by hostess and 0 star service, there were 7 of us and they took the time to see if there were any places. The restaurant was not at all crowded on Sunday January 5 at 6:15 p.m. we had the impression that we were disturbing.
And he had room to accommodate us, in addition to passage for the week so finished and Hubert 7 islands.

Food is never high quality. Service is super slow! My friend asked a drink like usual, before even checking the dinner menu, and arrived when we were in the middle of dinner, really disappointed. Weird vibe as well. Expensive for a mediocre experience.

Ridiculous still closed lousy service

If I could give 0 stars I would. Did not receive our fries with meal, only $2 off. Did not receive a "refill" on our drinks. Did not receive our soup. Overcooked, dry chicken. Desserts were not good. Very slow service for an empty restaurant. Talked to the manager and he really had a grumpy character. They refused our gift cards. Don't waste your time and money.

Extremely SLOW service, unpleasant and arrogant waitress, we waited 1h30 the 2 times we went there, there were 3 adults and a baby. A group of 10 arrived 1 hour after us and they got their plate before us!
The chicken breast, their specialty, was overcooked and half of the skin was missing.
The kind of pokebol for children, everything is raw or cold. I received my skewer barely warm.
It cost a fortune, the waitress was more busy complaining about other employees who hadn't returned than taking care of the very few tables that were being used.

Been here a couple of times and on each occasion noticed the quality of food continue to drop alongside the overall eating experience. For the price point it feels more and more like a fast food joint, which would be fine if it wasn't more expensive than a proper site down Italian restaurant. My fiance and I both got sick from eating here and won't be returning.

We arrived at 12:15 for dinner and we were at work so we only had 45 minutes. The restaurant was practically empty and the waitress took more than 20 minutes before coming to see us. We took a midigo menu which is supposed to be quick…. The meal arrived another 30 minutes later. Many forget such salad, dessert, etc. Afterwards, another 30 minutes of waiting just to get the bill because the waitress had left. Excellent service!
