Great experience at Tim Hortons! The service was fast and courteous, even during rush hour. My coffee was perfect, hot and prepared just the way I like it. I also tried their breakfast sandwich, and it was fresh and delicious. The place was clean and welcoming, with a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing time. Thank you to the whole team for your excellent work! I will definitely come back. 😊

Very disappointed with the latency of the service, I waited 30 minutes to be served when there were 2 of us in the queue. He was very focused on putting milk in a machine. It took him 10 minutes and another 10 minutes in Tim's back. But at least there is always stock in the windows

I made a simple order of two worker raps and they found something wrong in the order and it almost took me 20 minutes to serve me..

I have rarely seen a gang so disorganized. The new employee, who was not trained to make my sandwich, is the only employee who prepares hot meals. Food is missing and we only learn about it when preparing meals. I have to ask the employees to come out of the back room to finish my order. Some customers get angry, get their money back and leave. It will take 30 minutes to receive my order.

Ultra slow service the guy at the cash register took fifteen minutes to place my order for 3 items because he didn't know how to put the club at the tim on the machine
The place is very big and the food good but the employee didn't seem to like his job, no smile or anything like that as if we were disturbing him too bad.
