Very long service to eat on site... Only comes out on Drive.... Assistant manager on site, which is the cause of the poor service... Food made cold... Error in the order, it takes everything to correct it...
Go to another tims is the best solution.

Nothing negative to say about the service but the food… very bitter coffee but it happens to be good. We ask for a bagel, it's not even cooked/toasted. Quite difficult to chew an undercooked bagel. The butter on a toast, not spread, it has a big lump in a corner. We pay quite a lot plus the tip, it would be nice if our food was well prepared and edible.

Since they move us to the front of the restaurant, so as not to count the waiting time of customers... several order errors. We have to go inside after 15 minutes, asking where our order is, very little organization, the employees come out one by one to give orders outside, they return to the kitchen without washing their hands. . really nonsense. It was already long, now it's a jungle.

Excellent service, but almost impossible to get anything due to their stubbornness in only having one register open (although they have two, and no service from DoorDash and others)
I have great service on each visit, the staff is courteous and I was treated to a little smile on my latte, it’s a small gesture that made me very happy!!
