Twice a year I come down from Vancouver and enjoy a bowl of fruit salad along with a delicious almond croissant. By the way, the raisin bread is delicious. Sebastien and Marlene are very skilled bakers; the best in la Mauricie.
Whether for lunch or for pastries and bread, the products are always delicious and very fresh. In addition, Sébastien and his team are always creative and ready to let us taste new things.
