Good food but there's a bit of a problem.

Waiting for my order for 1 hour 15 minutes, calling back and being told they don't have my order. The man told me that I would still have 1 hour to wait... I had to cancel and I received no apology, absolutely nothing. A simple ok! The guy was even stupid, he was downright angry about it.
It was our last time at Fusée Shawi-Sud. Never again.

Fusée has already been a great option for a good meal, the chicken was excellent and cooked to perfection but the quality and quantity of food in each meal has clearly diminished. Portions are clearly reduced and prices have increased significantly.

The speed of service has clearly taken a hit; during slow periods, I sometimes waited more than 30 minutes for a brisket meal.

I was a regular customer until each of my last 5 orders contained an error, general tao poutine without Tao sauce, order a large poutine and receive a medium, ask for club or wrap without tomatoes/poutine without green onions but each time there was, several times the delivery man forgot the drink for the meal. In short, every command has a high chance of being wrong in one way or another.

I doubt I will return to this restaurant any time soon, unless there is a noticeable improvement. Frankly very very disappointed.

The place is quite dirty, the food is of poor quality, there is no line in the parking lot and I found a mosquito in my food, but the service was good.

Large take-out style restaurants with self-service, good interior atmosphere and even equipped with a reception room, very fair and good prices but not too busy

Fast and very good service! The only downside was that it lacked fries compared to the other rockets: the chicken is buried in fries.

I don't have any experience with other Fusee restaurants but this one has really good chicken, Tenders and fries. They're fast too and offer good service.For fast food this is a great option in the area!
