The girl who works on February 12, 2025 in the afternoon cannot work in customer service, always in a bad mood, she shouted at me and my girlfriend because she called me to ask what hot chocolate I want so I couldn't hear.

Very good ice creams (with or without dipping!), beautiful and good artisanal chocolates, and a calm and pleasant place, with efficient and smiling employees. We like to stop there, whether we're on our way to vacation, or coming out of the cinema or bowling!

A grabd hot chocolate costs $10 and 12 different chocolates out of the 20 offered in the ad. How can I put it, even 7-star hotels don't have such exaggerated prices. Blenz Coffee uses Colombian chocolate mixed on site for $6.25 large version. To review: prices, false advertising and service. A little thank you from time to time is a pleasure, especially when the prices exceed those of the palaces.

Please note, you should remember to check your receipt. I had money stolen and customer service is not moving. Especially if you are tourists. I don't understand this silence especially for a franchise, but if the policy is to fleece customers, then they are on the right track. Really disappointed, because the store is superb and the chocolate is excellent. He just lacks honesty and politeness. It’s hard to say thank you or have a good day. However, chocolate is a stress reliever, they manage to create it and it pays off. Bravo spirit.
