Honestly, extreme disrespect, arrogance and lack of professionalism sums up my experience.

I bought a lactose-free cheese for $10 and it tasted musty. I had to put it in the trash.

I think it was last year that I tried poutine again, which is as average as I remember it, when I tasted it in Trois-Rivières. Then, I went back to try the all-dressed pizza, it wasn't real pizza, it was a slice of tomato sauce with raw peppers and onions with a drizzle of cheese, it's completely absurd to put so little cheese on a pizza when you boast of being a cheese factory. For me, it was the last time I went there.

$7.71 for two cabbage mustard hotogs which was also missing from the bread, really disappointed
And too fat on the bread
After several attempts I have to give up the idea of coming back here.
