Terrible service and long wait times for, at best, mediocre food.

I stopped in while passing through town. I ordered a New York strip, loaded baked potato, side of mushrooms, ceaser salad and had dessert. The food looked amazing but did not taste good. The steak was chewy and had alot of fat. The fat was not cooked properly. Steak wasn't very flavorful. Baked potato was undercooked. Mushrooms were good. Peppercorn sauce was bland. Ceaser salad had too much dressing and they used cheap boxed croutons. The chocolate lava cake was okay. The ice cream that came with it was half melted when it arrived. I've had better steak dinners for half the price. Overpriced and poor quality food. I would never go back. The servers were the highlight of the experience. They did a great job. The food quality needs to improve or hire new kitchen staff. Especially at those prices.

The food was soooooo good! Everything on the menu is amazing. The portions are big and the drink dont have too much alcool in it its just perfect.

The service is very fast, and warm you will feel welcome for sure. And the ambiance is very western, american style! Love this place, will come back for sure.

The service was excellent ! The starters were good, the ribs also, the chicken Caesar salad was not incredible, very dry chicken and limp lettuce.

Very slow service, it's the first time I've done a Google review but it's worth it, we asked for our plates to be brought after 2 hours of waiting. Yet the restaurant was not even at half capacity. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation and I frequent a lot of restaurants. In short, despite the fact that I benefited from a discount due to the inconvenience, I will not return there

Extremely slow service! 1h30 before we got our starters, more than 2h our meals. We had to go see the waitress twice for mistakes and even interrupt her in a long conversation with customers to get service. Finally, our dishes were lukewarm/cold. The waitress kept trying to justify herself, but they weren't rational justifications. This was the first and last time we went to this restaurant.

We were the only ones in the restaurant at 7 p.m.
We ordered 2 dishes.
1 fried beef steak then 1 fried skewer, both pepper sauces.
The skewer arrived served with rice and mushroom sauce.
We reported this to the waitress...the sauce was changed, but not the rice even though the choice was rice or fries....
Once the dishes were finished, the very unpleasant waitress brought us the bill and “kindly” kicked us out!!!

Casual restaurant welcoming a little wait between dishes, copious plates, simple plates, more than adequate compared to what we saw around.

The service is long, more than 10 minutes to be answered for a place when your place is half full. Getting water was complicated, even having said <<we're really thirsty, we'd take a pitcher!>>.but all in all it took time and the water the staff were attentive and pleasant. I loved my cream of celery. Brusheta good/correct. General Tahoe plate great, fresh salad is tasty. Skewers cooked to perfection. Small problem, the pepper sauce was a little too liquid and seemed to dilute it. Amazing dessert, big favorite of the evening. I’ll come back and have another dish ?

Unfortunately the service is very long...more than 50 minutes to get your dish, the fries are fried in old oil and the pizza is not a pizza it's on a bread. Nah or similar... fortunately the waitresses are nice and patient!
