Really disappointed this morning to bump into a closed door for lunch. I had indeed confirmed for December 26 in the morning. I received a phone call at the time of my reservation telling us that there had been an error. A reverse “no show”! And nothing offered to repair this error. We had to quickly find another restaurant that accepted 12 people. The person at Radoteux suggested we go to Auger, who according to him had better lunches than them!! To remember…

We made reservations for 50 people at Radoteux for our post-wedding brunch. They made us a reduced menu to make cooking easier for them, but were flexible to accommodate our guests' diets. The food is good at respectable prices. The service was long for some tables, which was the negative point, but which was also understandable with a large group on a Sunday lunchtime. There are few restaurants in the area that can accommodate large groups and we are very happy to have chosen Radoteux!

Last experience. The first time was a bad memory but my partner and I decided to try again. Result of this last attempt: 2 lukewarm cold burgers, extras without warning us and glasses of water in the room. Good service but paying more than $70 for good service is very expensive!

During our visit to Radoteux last Sunday, our experience was unfortunately marked by a particularly long wait. As soon as we arrived, although there were only around twenty customers, it quickly became apparent that only one server had to take care of all the tables. It took over an hour to receive our first coffees, and the other drinks we ordered were forgotten, forcing us to ask for them again 15-20 minutes later.
The server, while friendly and apologetic, seemed obviously overwhelmed by the situation, which contributed to the messy service. The food, when served, was good, warranting my second star, but the errors and prolonged wait weighed heavily on our overall experience.
Ultimately, my rating reflects this experience, as I can hardly recommend this restaurant on this basis. Better organization and a larger team would probably have made it possible to meet my expectations. I would have preferred to be told that they couldn't serve me rather than to do it badly!

No cook so just food prepared by a kitchen assistant The waitress orders our drinks and when we are served begins to order our dishes… And there: I don't have a cook, we only make classic dishes, just quick ones. Wow, great mentality, we had booked 2 hours before and traveled 30 kilometers for that! We want to take our beers to leave and she throws us 4 poor plastic glasses without lids even though there were 5 of us
In addition, there were around twenty people in the room… Only 1 table served with food!!!
I don't recommend it but apparently WHEN THEY HAVE A COOK the food would be good!
