Perfect for our holiday dinner. We have a list of caterers, we choose the one we want or those who are not on their list. There is a list of attendance times (it's perfect!) customer service: they are so nice!! Warm, unifying space.

Very good customer service from the representative. I had a mishap with a beer purchased in a supermarket and the representative (Martin L.) made efforts to correct the situation.
Well done for the service. I like to encourage a company that has customer satisfaction and respect at heart.

Wow! I don’t know why it took me this long to review. We had booked a tour well in advance through email and Emy was just awesome from start to end with all the information provided. The facility was spotless and our guide Christopher was just a blast. I’m pretty biased because Trou Du Diable is my favourite beer brand but visiting Shawinigan and the brewery made me love them even more. Thank you for everything and keep making amazing beers!

Les représentants du trou du diable qui font un doigt d'honneur aux festivaliers à Chicoutimi pendant le festival des bières, disont que ça ne donne pas une bonne image! Un jeune homme barbu et sa blonde qui se prennent pour la police, ça fait dûr... Brasserie que nous prendrons soin d'éviter dorénavant

Criss! It's called the hole of the yiabe me uh I thought that there was a hole aek uh the yiab Inside but no you are yinke a krosseure winner! I don't like that, it's making the guy krosser!

We discovered this friendly brasserie and its manager Eric. He told us he knew the restaurant Le Crocodile in Strasbourg, what a reference!In short, nice place, great service and very pleasant little restaurant.To discover and I highly recommend.Gérard and Lorette

Good product and nice place. But the person serving at the bar and whistling constantly is really tiring and unpleasant.

The girl who served me today knows her products really well, I really liked my experience I recommend to everyone!

After visiting the store out of curiosity, I had the chance to visit the factory and I really liked it. I advise you to go for a walk and get yourself some good beer and get bitten by the devil in his lair ?

400 km round trip, big disappointment! Tasting palettes made by the micro, the customer can't even make his own selection, pulled pork poutine special texture, very ordinary... disappointed ? the taste was not there in the beer or in the food
