It's a nicer enough place. The menu is quite minimal, not much choices, but I guess that's how they work. We were aware of that before going, so I cannot complain. We shared a charcuterie starter, which was good. I had duck for mains, which was really good. My partner had the beef bavette. That was really bad. Overcooked and hard, not very tasty. That was disappointing. The service was fine. All in all not too bad, but I don't think it was worth the very hefty price....
We went to the restaurant. A good meal but I expected better for a restaurant of this level and for the price. There is also a shop/bakery and I think the 5 stars mostly come from there.
Experience of pure pleasure. We did not expect such a discovery. Atmosphere, decor, service, impeccable. And of course the cuisine, gourmet, refined and local. A tartare in a marrow bone... awesome and tasty!
