We went to the restaurant. A good meal but I expected better for a restaurant of this level and for the price. There is also a shop/bakery and I think the 5 stars mostly come from there.
Experience of pure pleasure. We did not expect such a discovery. Atmosphere, decor, service, impeccable. And of course the cuisine, gourmet, refined and local. A tartare in a marrow bone... awesome and tasty!
Beautiful place! The food is delicious with a wide variety of options. The pastries and desserts are to die for! And the staff is super friendly :) A must stop when in the Shawinigan area!
