Après plus d'une heure d'attente, nous ne l'avons jamais reçu. Nous avons rappelé le lendemain pour faire part de la situation. On nous dit qu'aucune commande n'a été passée et qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire.

I usually ordered there sometimes for poutines, I had a weakness for the minced steak-onion-bacon with their spicy sauce that was unbeatable in terms of taste. On December 15 at 3 p.m., during an activity as part of my web work, we ordered a bambino pizza and the famous coveted poutine. We do our work activity thinking we were going to eat early, but ultimately we eat afterwards, around 7-8 p.m. Eating fret is no problem. Except that, when I opened the lunch, I realized that it was poutine with minced steak, period. I call the restaurant, explain the situation (the poutine is intact there, not a bite taken), and the operator doesn't really know what to answer, hands me the manager. Hey lala, the confrontation! “You call back 4 hours later, that’s what you ordered”, I say “well no, come and get it you’ll see that I didn’t get it, I want to have what I ordered and this what I paid for”. Almost a quibble over an order error.A quibble that loses a customer, on the other hand. An error happens and that’s normal. A manager who calls the customer a liar is not normal. In the end, it was good the same, but it’s good elsewhere too.
