We used Stéphanie's catering service (Chez Carmen) for a field camp that we are organizing in the Shawinigan region for first-year undergraduate students in earth sciences. We had an excellent experience with Stéphanie, she was very responsive and accommodating. The food we received was plentiful and tasty.
