I've been going to the Tim Horton in Shawinigan South for about 3 weeks and the service and the coffee are never brewed or lacking in cream.
Today, November 15, at the drive-thru service around 8:45 a.m., it was the last straw when Madame allowed me to answer when I asked her for wooden sticks, “Well, is the coffee brewed?! It’s my boss who’s there too!! » Does it make any difference that your boss is here? You don't have to answer me like that by being condescending and all offended, simply handing me my wooden sticks is more than enough I can do without your unpleasant habit.
It is definitive that I will not return to this branch.

I just came to get a large black coffee because the hospital coffee machine is broken and we've been in the hospital for two nights for one of the children and we haven't slept.

I waited for 35 minutes at 11:00 a.m. for a large black coffee,,,,,,,,,,,
Come on!!! The employees, I understand, these are not the job of the century but cuddle a black coffee there it's not supposed to take more than 15 minutes, I know there were quite a few people but still 35 minutes! I didn't order a family of chicken cooked on the rotisserie JUST 1 BLACK COFFEE

Normally I don't often have coffee at Tim or McDonald's but we were in the hospital for 3 days for one of the children, I said to my partner: I'm going to get a coffee it won't take long,,,,, I I was gone almost an hour for A BIG BLACK COFFEE

I went at 9:10 pm the 3rd. Of August to have something to eat. When the guy in the interphone said hello to me in french, I replied if it was possible to speak in english, and he said NO.
I tried to tell him in french what I wanted, and he told me that they closed in 10 minutes, something that is not true.
Finally he just told me in french to move the car in a very rude mode.
I felt really bad with this situation because the guy was clearly undertanding me, but he did not wanted to serve me because I do not speak french.
