The service is good. Staff are friendlyThe availability of food items is terrible. My last three visits in a row they're always missing basic stock and clearly understaffed. Yet they advertise 24/7 drivethrough starting in March of 2024.Croissants, Muffins, Sausage meat, Timbits; Frequently out of stock. And now they're removing stocked basics such as the double chocolate and chocolate glaze donuts. But I see they brought in the new convection ovens for the Pizza.I've given up on this place. It's location is great for me, but what's the point if they never have what I want from a Tim Hortons? I'm wasting my time. For those curious it doesn't matter if I come in during the rush hour or outside of it, weekday or weekend. It's not just a question of popular items and first come first serve. It's a chronic inventory issue that just keeps getting worse.

We eat at Tim Horton's regularly, but I think this was our first time at this one. Being local, we go to the other Tim Hortons in Shawinigan, Grand-Mère, etc. And overall it's going well. But not here... We ordered chicken wraps, but they were out of stock, so they weren't full. We thought it might happen and accepted it this time, but then we saw in other reviews that it happened to other customers. At the price it costs, it's not normal. Also, before eating we noticed that the counters were really dirty. We immediately decided not to come back here again. Before leaving, we collected our trash to throw it away, but the trash cans were full and overflowing. Despite the low influx of customers, with only about five people inside, including us, and almost no orders at the drive-thru, no one cleaned up.The service was OK, not great, but OK.I can't say that I don't recommend this Tim because I don't know if it's always like that. I can only say that it cost us a lot to eat a wrap that was out of stock in a dirty restaurant. We should have called to get a refund!

Worst service…two errors out of three visits this week. My coffee was so bad that I only took two sips as if it had been made the day before. Two muffins, two mistakes. You talk about our feedback being important. There have been only bad comments for 2 years.

The food is good but the time waiting in line for car order is very slow. Over 20 minutes in line and we had only 2 cars ahead of us. Everytime it’s the same slow service at the car
Slow service and a wrap to eat with a fork because it was so poorly prepared

The coffee is just the way I like it and it’s hot!! Bravo to this waitress who listens when we talk to her!! Everything was perfect!!!?

At the car closes at 10:00 p.m., dining room at 7:00 p.m. It's confusing and frustrating to see 10:00 p.m. on the door and come in to sit down and eat.

Having already worked at a Tim Horton, I am in a good position to know that it is not normal for a Drive to pass 1 customer every 7 minutes... And after having tried this branch 3 times it seems that it is their standard. It would be practically faster to pick up my coffee in Trois-Rivières instead of waiting 55 minutes to order from the car.

Every time I go to this tim always an error in my order I don't know if my order is too complicated but it's tiring I ask for a blt dinner in a wrap without Mayo chipotle sauce instead and I collect myself with a Mayo wrap I'm going back I pick myself up with a wrap without sauce I didn't have time to go back a 3rd time but maybe I should read the orders well
