The place was small and dated. It has a strange layout which really has to be fixed.
The service was typical of fast food... so, not fast...
As for the food, they have a top-notch burger. Yes, not all fast food joints are created equally. This comment is only in relation to A&Ws. In comparison with their peers, they seem to do it a bit better than most.
The only drawback is that A&W must be the most expensive burger joint of all the fast foods. It cost $65 for 3 people.
