I have never waited so long at the drive-thru and went to the window Borel (I was told that's his name?) tells me that he doesn't want to give me the order and that I have to go back to the interior. Really not a good employee, why make me wait 25 minutes and not tell me first? I see my order on the counter and ask him if possible to just give it to me (I already paid and ordered in advance) but no. I park and go inside and he ignores me. Makes me wait another 15 minutes to give me my order. All this for a few burgers and a cold coffee of course... I'm really frustrated. However, the food at A&W is good (one of the only fast food restaurants that doesn't make me sick). It's TOO expensive but with coupons it works. However it's sad that there are employees who can ruin the experience.

I have to submit another even more negative review. I am impressed by the incompetence of the employees. The young people who are there are on their cell phones and leave the food to cool on the counters. I would be ashamed to be the manager of this restaurant.
