We had dinner at AntiDote FoodLab and wow, it was amazing. We started with the Squash and the Antidote Caesar, then had the Shepherd’s Pie and the Beef. Everything was just really well done, super flavorful.

I had a gin and tonic and their Cocktail of the Moment, both were so good. For dessert, we shared the Carrot Cake and Black Forest Tart, then finished with a latté. No notes.

Our server Fred was great, knew his stuff, and everyone there made us feel really looked after.

In a city full of options, Antidote stands out as the remedy for the common restaurant.

My wife and I spontaneously decided to have supper here. We sat at the bar with a view of the kitchen, and our server who was also the bartender (Xavier) made our evening with his hospitality. Food was unbelievable. Recommended for anyone looking for phenomenal food and drinks in a unique atmosphere. A truly gastronomic experience.

There are meals that satisfy, and then there are those that leave a lasting impression — my recent dinner at L’Antidote FoodLab in Sherbrooke was definitely the latter.

From the first bite to the last, every dish felt like a thoughtful expression of flavor and finesse. The foie gras with panisse was a standout — the rich, silky foie gras paired with the crispy, golden panisse was simply stunning with the rich blueberry flavor. It was the kind of dish that makes you pause for a moment, just to fully appreciate what’s happening on your palate.

But what truly made the experience special was the overall attention to detail. Each plate was delicate yet full of bold, balanced flavors — clearly the work of a team that not only knows their craft but loves it.

A heartfelt thank you to Mathieu for his impeccable service. His passion for the food and wine shone through in every description, making the experience feel even more personal and engaging. It’s always a pleasure to be guided by someone who genuinely cares about sharing the story behind what’s on the plate.

The best restaurant in Sherbrooke ,for sure.. loved the ambiance, the staffs were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back

The atmosphere is amazing, I believe the building is a repurposed factory but is super cozy and has nice ambient lighting. It was the best atmosphere for a date.

The menu consists creative takes on classics like ceasar salad, Shepard’s pie, carrot cake, salmon and more. They put their own spin on things that are familiar!

We would the food here actually quite filling.

The service was great too. I will for sure visit again if I am in the area.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Antidot Good Lab restaurant in Sherbrooke, and I must say that the experience was exceptional. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, always smiling and attentive. The setting is modern and cozy, with a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a dinner with friends or family.

The dishes are creative, well presented, and the quality of the ingredients is undeniable. Every bite was a delight, showing true attention to detail.

Our best gastronomic experience in Quebec. Intimate atmosphere, the tables are well spaced, the lights dimmed.
Our waitress visited us several times, but in no way did we perceive the visits to be intrusive, the timing was perfect, and she established a beautiful connection with us sharing her knowledge of the menu and wine pairings with professionalism, passion and great concern for customer satisfaction.
The quality of the dishes served is incomparable, allowing for a unique culinary experience in Estrie, with each bite offering an explosion of flavors.

Juste fantastique! On se perd dans le moment présent, c'est enveloppant! Tous les sens sont agréablement comblés. Du choix pour tous les goûts et un menu court efficace qui me permet de ne pas m'éterniser et d'être satisfaite à tout coup. Les techniques variées qu'ils utilisent pour confectionner le repas font toute qu'une expérience en bouche .
