I absolutely love this restaurant. This is my second time coming to Sherbrooke for work and I made it a priority to come back here for dinner with a coworker.Had a wonderful experience again with delicious meals and refreshing drinks. This is a fancy place and a lot of effort goes into everything they do so it's not cheap to eat here but the cost of the dining experience is more than fair.This time I split the sushi tartare, had the duck for dinner and the Miso ice cream for dessert. My coworker had the smoked fish and the popcorn ice cream and in his words "this is only the second time I've congratulated the chef on what he made!"He is gluten free and is doing dry January and they had options across the board for his dietary restriction.Only complaint was that after ordering drinks initially it took a while for them to show up, but afterwards everything came out quickly, they ended up comping the first rounds of drinks as an apology.Spent 200CAD for two people, worth every dollar.Dietary restrictions: Had a wonderful and balanced meal and they happily worked around dietary restrictions.
