Au Coeur du Pain

I purchased an almond croissant and a pistachio chocolate croissant. This place is much better than Whole Foods croissants, a real bakery. They had many other items. I should have taken pictures.

Wow...have to say...we are very happy finding this place....amazing....I bought a croissant with almond filling...It is without a doubt...the best I have ever had...and trust me...at my age I have tried many...
We will definitely be going there soon.

Au Coeur du Pain in Sherbrooke is a great bakery! Their baguette is fresh, crispy, and tasty. The staff is friendly, and the baked goods are always good.

Everything is delicious!

Très charmante boulangerie! Je visite régulièrement la succursale de Sherbrooke. Le pain, et inévitablement les sandwichs sont incroyables! Il y a une touche artisanale dans la préparation et les produits sont d'une très grande qualité... Trop pour mon estomac!! J'écris rarement des commentaires, mais dans ce cas-ci, il faut souligner ce commerce qui se démarque...

What a beautiful place. I went there with my husband and we loved the bread we had some wonderful cake with fruits. Everything was so fresh the owners are truly a pleasure . Coming from Montreal to take a trip to see a beautiful French bakery is something more should do if you do stop by this place I won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to see you again soon dreaming of my pumpernickel bread .

It’s really good ?. On the plate there are gourmet croissants, maple squares and rum balls...

For gourmands like me, the gourmet croissants in addition to being covered in chocolate are filled with a chocolate cream, extremely nourishing.

The mille-feuilles are just as dirty, and the éclairs are also very good.
