Food is always good here. Sitting places are also clean and tidy. But sometimes due to staff’s mistakes service goes down. March 2025 we placed order over phone but restaurant was busy at the moment so they didn’t prepared our order when I reached there staff told we didn’t placed any order but offered me someone’s cancelled order food. And many more histories about staff. But overall food is very good.

I visited Bamiyan Kabob Oakville a couple of days ago. The ambience was simple and clean, and the service was fine. We ordered Boulanee with chapli kabab and a beef tikka–style platter. The Boulanee was good and flavorful, but the chapli kabab was quite dry and lacked juiciness. The beef platter was decent overall. It’s a good spot for Afghan food, though some items could be improved for better consistency.

Restaurant is insanely dirty. Barely any clean tables. Food wasn’t great. I got the wrap and it had vegetable juice at the bottom of it. Was pretty nasty texture wise with it all mixed together. The rice was old on the platter I got. Chicken was good as usual. The other Bamiyan location at Eglington and Dixie is amazing, I wouldn’t come back to this one.
Several friends recommended this place, but our visit was frustrating and disappointing. They don’t accept credit cards, U.S. debit cards, or even U.S. currency. In this day and age, that’s shocking and it ended up being a wasted drive.

Had a great early weeknight dinner at Bamiyan Kabob recently. It wasn't busy, which made for a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The facility has a nice ambience, even though you order at the counter and pick up your own food. I was also pleased to see that the washrooms were clean. We ordered the Sultani Kabob dinner and the Chaplee Kabob dinner plates. Both were incredibly juicy and tasty, and the naan served with them was fresh and crispy! We enjoyed the food as always—it's a real treat! My only wish is that we could eat here more often, but unfortunately, there is no Bamiyan Kabob location in Milton! Highly recommend stopping by.
