3rd and last time at this Ben and Florentine. Huge issue in the kitchen. No one seems to know what and when to do plates. They scream at each other. Terrible kitchen management. 1.25 hours to get our food...Simple breakfasts...Waitress was stellar and tried to handled the issue the best she could. Will not return.

We arrived there 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday morning to be told that they had decided to close the kitchen early. Very disappointed to have come all the way there for nothing.

Average service, everything was cold and the baked beans tasted burnt! Very disappointing!
Terrible service. Rude waitress, took over an hour and a half to be served, eggshells in my scrambled eggs, food was cold.

_Great welcome from the waitress.
_3-4 customers at this time
_I am offered a latte, which arrives 20 minutes later. Because the machine is not working well.
_I order the <luxury cheese burger>, that's what I always order regardless of the branch and it's always tasty and good.
_40 minutes later, I receive my plate around 7:10.
_I immediately point out that the fries appear to have been cooked and recooked more than once.
The waitress swears to me no, it's the new version of fries now! I push them back onto a plate, they are NOT good.
She offers me potatoes for lunch, which she won't charge for, which she will only make me confirm!
_Bread is burnt hamburger
_Meat is so cooked that I am unable to swallow it.
_No one has ever asked me if my dish was okay!
_I had to ask for a glass of water.
When it was time to pay, seeing my plate, the waitress asked me "did you not like it? You should have told me>>
Because no one came to validate the quality of the meal served.
A cook, a waitress who would be conscientious of the service and quality offered with only 3-4 customers, would not serve a plate of this kind and take 45 minutes to serve this meal.
I paid full price, big disappointment!
It's not tomorrow that I will return to the Fleurimont branch.

I always take my Big Ben there and I love it
A little disappointing to be offered managerial bread and when we got to the cash register we were charged $0.50 more. The problem is that the waitress doesn't tell us it's an extra. Makes you wonder if this is legal!

Voici mes œufs bénédictins beaucoup trop cuit, pire expérience que j’ai eu là bas. Il a manquer de chauffage.. il ont un problème électrique. Ce n’est pas tous, il ont eu un problème de machine pour les commandes donc cela a pris 1h15 avoir nos assiettes. La serveuse ne savait plus où mettre la tête pour essayer de calmer la clientèle mécontente
