Well, not really my kind of complainer, but honestly my worst experience to date in a café/bistro. I am a student and I was planning to come and study with my friends in this small, cozy cafe at first glance. It may not be a student café and I'm sorry if we stayed long. In short, $8.92 for an iced latter that I could easily have made at home with a Nespresso capsule, milk and 4 ice creams (I repeat, 4 ice creams...) for max. $2.. My coffee was lukewarm... My friends spent a fortune on food. Very expensive. In addition, customer service is not very pleasant. Let me explain: After 2 hours at our table, the barista came to see us to tell us that the cafe was closing in 15 minutes (3 p.m.). We left within the time requested by the employee. At 3 p.m., the cafe was still packed, they were still serving customers, and the sign on the door said it closed at 6 p.m. We would like not to be lied to. It would have been enough to say: “I see that you have been seated for a long time and that you have finished your drinks, we would like to give the other customers the chance to sit down to eat. » We would have totally understood. Being lied to gave us the impression of being kicked out and didn't make me want to come back next time... Be honest with your customers. On that note, the atmosphere is still pleasant and we enjoyed the 2 hours of study that we were able to do.

It seems as though I just keep stumbling on to the best cafés, shops, and restaurants Québec has to offer! This café has become my number one café anywhere! I have never been to such a unique place before! They had coffee I have never encountered in my entire life and had a very special fusion of Mexican-Québécois cuisine. Furthermore they have a chill atmosphere and a cool lounge in the back with a piano which I had the pleasure of playing! Well known to locals not such much for outsiders. 5 stars all around! Also a great place to meet people!
