While the food is good (albeit expensive), this restaurant is utterly incapable of properly packaging food for takeout. It’s happened several times that we would order food, wait over an hour and a half for delivery, only to have the bag tear open the moment the delivery driver hands it to us and splatter all of our food onto the ground. The packaging they use is flimsy and allows excess grease to permeate and damage the paper bags the order is stored on. The fact that I’ve had to clean spaghetti sauce off the floor at my front door not once, not twice, but three times is utterly unacceptable. So, while I am sure the dining experience in-house may be preferable, I do not recommend ordering take-out (either directly or through delivery app).

Ordered by phone, went there nobody at the reception, one girl and guy were working at the bar, both saw me, after seeing me guy went somewhere in kitchen, still nobody showed up at reception to even ask me for anything 😭 was waiting in front for like 5-10 mins nobody showed up even they both saw me there!!!! I was so frustrated 🥴😔 waiting for somebody to show up and answer me, I was lucky I already ordered on phone, so no choice I has to call again to the store from the store, someone answered the phone from back not from reception lmao told the guy please sent someone to the front reception I'm waiting here for long, so in general good food but very bad customer service experience!!

After a mistake on their part in forgetting one of my pizzas, one of the guys whose name I won't say didn't know how to act professionally and clearly sent me a bitch on the phone. Despite all this, a big thank you to Marianne who took the initiative to come and deliver us the missing pizza herself. Bravo for the professionalism of this young person, I hope that her actions will be recognized.

not usually the type of person who would leave a review but after what happen tonight i am beyond dissatisfied. Not only did it take us 2 hours to go and eat we were served vinegar water that came from a pitcher that is used to put dirty cutlery in. when we finally got our bills, the waitress asked what was wrong with the service as we all didn’t tip and our response was the obvious and the replied with “well clearly it isn’t just that and if you don’t want to tip you shouldn’t eat out at restaurants” not only was this comment rude she also proceeded to stay in the back and talk majority of the time and went to the other tables more than she ever came to ours.
Food was ok ok They just gave me a pizza which I didn't ask for and then to much rush so sorry see u next time WTH ?

I didn't have high expectations, but I was still disappointed. The pasta tastes like water, the sauce is missing something, the pizzas are nothing memorable. At least it's not very expensive, and the Caesar salad is adequate.

Waitress was very nice. They have specials for every day even today even if it was a holiday (thanksgiving). I took a pierogi pizza which was on special for about 10$ very tasty but spicy (be careful if you’re not into it). I also ordered a fishbowl drink that the waitress made me with slush it was delicious!

Kid-friendliness: Colouring pages with crayons for the kids as well as nice kids meal with special drinks and desserts.
