Best pastry shop in Sherbrooke and I would debate they make the best croissant, chocolatine in the whole province.
Parking: Number of parking spots are limited in the front. Rear parking entrance often blocked bay delivery trucks.

The big drawback is the lack of parking (Rock Forest sector)... I had to turn around more than once because of that.
Today there was room! All I wanted was a box of macaroons already ready. A few customers were making their choice at the counter and a clerk finished with another at the cash register. I went there with my box. After her customer, she definitely saw me, she went behind to wash her hands then returned to the counter on the right, completely ignoring me...
So I deduced that I had to go back to the queue even if I didn't have an order to make. Well, okay. Someone could have told me; I'm certainly not here to disturb...
I looked like a nice pie, like theirs, at the counter. :)
I put my box back in the fridge and left. I'm used to leaving empty-handed from there anyway. :)

Amazing bakery! The only place where I find croissants as good as France is in Sherbrooke! The Queen of the cabin is a must for pastries and their sandwiches are also excellent. The breads are very good and varied, but I especially recommend the station's bread because it is incredible! The staff is always very efficient and friendly.
Vegetarian options: Super good veggie sandwich.
Parking: Plenty of parking but usually quite full.
Kid-friendliness: Lovely coffee for the whole family.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and room accessible by wheelchair.
