First time in store, I didn't have time to order capsules online so I went to Sherbrooke. Reading the reviews regarding waiting in store I had my fears but once there, despite several customers I had fast and courteous service! 5 min in/out! Very satisfied!

A catastrophic experience with Nespresso!

If I could give 0 stars, I would without hesitation. Nespresso refuses to reimburse me for the $950 credit I have on my CAD account. Not only is their customer service poor, but they made a mistake in my delivery address and are now refusing to collect the package and send it to the correct address.

No taking responsibility, no action to correct their fault. For a brand that claims to offer premium service, this is a shame. Absolutely avoid!

Be careful if you notify Nespresso that you have not received your package, that they send you a package again and that you finally receive your two packages
Don't tell them because if they aren't informed they won't charge you just one but if you call them and you're honest they will charge you $ both

WOW… probably the best customer service I have seen… the employee took the time to explain to me and suggest me on the purchase of my machine with her magnificent smile, thanks to Sandrine, a truly incredible young lady

I wanted to try a couple types of limited edition capsules without spending $75 online for free shipping so I stopped at this boutique. I was able to walk right up to the counter with no wait, and I was given a sample of the maple pecan which was one I wanted to buy, I loved being able try it and make a more informed purchase. Only one sales pitch asking if I wanted to try a certain type of capsule which I think is perfectly acceptable considering I was trying new capsules, I politely declined and we continued on with my transaction.Overall great experience
