Very warm place, with its woodwork, and cozy atmosphere. Courteous and adequately fast service. Good and beautiful products with a vibe of a small local café/brunnerie.
Parking: Since the parking space is shared with a Dollarama and a McDonalds, spaces are very limited. You often have to park in the street which is very busy and therefore difficult to cross.

Very poor service today at 5PM from an employee. I've never seen that. I ask what the new drink displayed outside is, she stupidly replies that she doesn't have that, and that she doesn't know about the "new deals", because she just came back from vacation. She drops a plate, which is okay, but she sighs like she's at the end of her life, she throws everything like she doesn't care... Otherwise the café is quiet and beautiful. Just the service… it also closed at 6 a.m. on a Thursday even though the timetable on the internet says it closes at 7 a.m.

I love this cafe because their coffee never disappoints. It also has the only decaf beans I like. Service is always great, but for me it’s the coffee. Quality beans makes quality coffee and Faro has it!

Good drinks, great ambiance, the girl working there tonight was really nice, I showed up not long before she closed but she still offered great service and made my experience there quite pleasant, overall excellent service, very understanding employee

I give 4 stars because several times I arrive at a barred door around 6:15 p.m. when the Faro is supposed to close at 7 p.m. Otherwise the coffee and the food are always good, the service on site too but the schedules are not respected, which is sometimes frustrating when you crave a good iced latte aha
