Very good especially the garlic butter and the 4 kinds of shrimp tasted. The bang bang shrimps are slightly stronger than the Fleurimont brewery but cheaper. Very nice menu and lower price than other brasseries in Sherbrooke. For dessert, chocolate explosion cake.
There are so many choices on the menu, it’s crazy!
We ate 1/2 rack of ribs as well as a skewer of filet mignon, accompanied by rice (very good) as well as a loaded baked potato.
We ate very well and the prices were very affordable.
The staff is smiling and offers great service.
We are not from the region however when we return to Sherbrooke, we will eat at this brasserie.
