“Very good especially the garlic butter and the 4 kinds of shrimp tasted. The bang bang shrimps are slightly stronger than the Fleurimont brewery but cheaper. Very nice menu and lower price than other brasseries in Sherbrooke. For dessert, chocolate explosion cake.“

“Hier!!! Wow quelle magnifique découverte!! Microbrasserie le Siboire Sherbrooke Excellent service de Joséphine et jadoooooooore l'ambiance. Merci de votre accueil chaleureux! P.s. Le tartare de bison est excellent! En plus d'être extrêmement fascinant à observer avec ce magnifique côté vitré, il y a même une boutique! Douce et agréable journée à tous!“

“We were served very well on Friday November 8th. We were a group of 16 people and we received very good service! The food is very good, and I was impressed with the fried onion starter. Ok will definitely go back next year when we are passing through for hunting ?“
