Service was friendly, but they didn’t punch the order in right, so when the order arrived there was one burger that was wrong, but they fixed the mistake and ate our food. Overall it wasn’t bad

Burgers were underwhelming literally dripping ketchup and mayo...tasted of burnt plastic ...tiny...flat...bacon...looks like they make four burgers with one slice...overly salted fries and onion rings with zero taste...

I ordered from this restaurant during the busiest times of the day. It was ready much faster than I expected. When I received it, a strong and energetic person named Shadi handed me my order. I wanted to thank shadi. It was truly a great night.

Restaurant was dirty, including tables. Burger patty was badly burnt on the edges, was given the wrong sauce. When trying to collect my mobile order I gave my name but they kept asking me for a confirmation number like I was an Uber Eats driver but it was just an order through the BK app for myself. Eventually they gave me my food but I had to show my phone screen multiple times to show there was no confirmation number the app gave me. First time I've been to a BK in years and probably the last for a while as well.
