I'm posting my first review because it's really urgent. The first time I went on Tuesday August 6, a young girl took my order but was immediately yelled at by I assumed to be the manager. I ordered just 2x 4 mozzarella sticks and it was rock hard. The second time, Saturday August 10, it was a very smiling young guy who took my order. Luckily the other one wasn't there otherwise she would have knocked him out. In short, the service with this little one was very good, nothing to say, even the commander did his job very well. You can see that he's getting used to working together. ADVISORS FOR GOOD SERVICE: go there on Saturday evening. Otherwise go there on Thursday and Friday evening but be careful there is a new one starting. THANKS.

A few times I ordered at the drive-thru, they often gave me the wrong order, or either something was missing or 3 ingredients were missing from my hamburger (no onion, no tomato, no pickle) You want to eat a REAL Burger GO to A&W. They're the best !! And very good service and you always receive what you ordered!! to compare these

I have just posted a review because I am absolutely outraged, disgusted by the attitude of the manager (strong with glasses) towards her employees (Thursday April 25, 2024). She spoke to the employees like rotten fish, at such a level, I couldn't believe my ears!!! It even affected the atmosphere for the customers in the dining room. Unfortunately, I note that several comments here also talk about her, and some date back to a year ago!!! This is absurd!!! It has no place at all in team management... I pity the employees, to whom I wish good luck! I always get good service from you.

I go to the drive-thru on my lunch hour to waste 40 minutes for a whopper trio criss. Worst service in Sherbrooke in its entirety and slower than the Criss de Terre to do a turn on itself

The girl who took my order on April 9 at noon was spot on, I asked for no pickles. My order was given quickly too. Just sad that the lady who I suppose was the shift manager yelled at all her employees.. I wouldn't have liked to be in the place of the nice lady who tried to do the best she could to get all the orders out on time under the gaze of the customers who were all visibly uncomfortable with the situation... I don't think that the shift supervisor's little nervous breakdown was of much use because Turned out which I still had had pickles in my order..?Brief..
We asked for a whopper and an impossible burger.... We received a whopper and a junior whopper so I didn't eat at all as I'm vegetarian.
