I am amazed by the quality, especially the varieties of coffee beans, they are real experts in roasting. As I sip the coffee, my taste buds delight with great satisfaction. Thank you to the whole team for offering us excellent coffee.

It's not uncommon for me to go to Hubert St-Jean to have a coffee or even something to eat. I have always had good service, attentive and attentive to detail. The coffee is always good!

At the end of the day this place is become a chain. When they offer sizes for a Flat White, you know it's not gonna be quality. A large flat white doesnt make sense. Of course my flat white arrived as a latte and luke warm.

Very disappointed with the service… I have been coming for a long time and I have always received impeccable service in the morning around 7:30 a.m.! A super-good redhead ;) I come one afternoon with 3 of my friends. My two friends order cold matcha, but the lady with glasses makes a mistake and makes an iced latte. She tells him and very kindly does it again. I then order a mocha. I have always received quality service and the girls have always been super nice. I take a sip, but I feel something in my mouth and it's a black hair (my hair is blonde). I keep the hair and I bring it and show it to the lady with glasses. She is very nice and does it again. I sit down and another lady with dark hair comes to see me and tells us that she is not going to do it again next time because we are asking too much. She was very passive-aggressive in addition to accusing me of lying, even though I showed my hair and I have blonde hair... This isn't the first time this has happened to my friends. Once this same lady forgot to ask for hot and cold and assumed it was hot. My friends told her they wanted it cold and she replied that it was up to them to tell her, not her to ask that question. Very sad and we tipped….
