Today’s date - December 15th, 2024 - For starters, parking lot is a hazard. Covered in ice; just like a skating rink. Heaven help someone falls and sues your company. And the freezing rain was a week ago, so what is the reason your parking lot has not been cleared??
Menu - no soup; no hot tea available. Asked for 2 club sandwiches white meat. Received dried out dark meat. Sandwiches were flattened; unappetizing. Also, what’s with charging $2.00 extra for an extra paper plate?!?! Absurd.
Asked to speak to manager, no manager on duty. A really disappointing experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I ordered a junior poutine, with dessert nuggets, and four chicken croquettes. I showed my student card for the student discount. I receive my invoice and then my order to see that 1. The discount was not given 2. We didn't have the dessert nuggets and 3. My croquettes smell like cigarettes. I couldn't believe it, it was such a distinct smell. When I called, they asked me if we were the ones smoking, if we came across someone smoking or if the smell was more because the kibbles were burnt. It would surprise me if the kibble in the cardboard box, under the poutine, in a cardboard bag, caught the very distinct smell in a gust of wind when I crossed the street, passed no one and I didn't don't smoke. That’s disrespectful right there.

Very clean place with benches which offers a lot of privacy. Restaurant fairly quiet. Fast service. Breaded breast fillet and delicious and crispy wavy fries. 10% off with a student card!

I always get good service and love those carrot cakes that make me go over n over but tonight i’d have preferred having my order right, i went around 30 minutes before closing I ordered a spicy chicken burger duo to go And i just got a regular one Imagine my disappointment when I got home, started eating and realized it was just a regular sandwich, too late to return it.
The waitress for orders is unpleasant and what's more, if you want to share your meal with your child or friends they sell you cardboard plates for $2.00$$$..
