How to ruin a morning. NO service waited 10 minutes for coffee the waitress never came back to our table... first time I've seen such a thing. Last time for me thank you

I went for brunch Friday yesterday and arrived actually closer to 1 PM with not a lot of people in the restaurant

I ordered a crêpe with fruit and while I placed my order, I all I also asked the waitress for two extra napkins, a glass of water and a glass of cranberry juice

Again, not a lot of people in the restaurant and the waitress came back with my glass of water only

10 minutes later my food arrived and she said enjoy your meal. I said you forgot my cranberry juice. She laughed. It said yes it’s true. I forgot it.

She gave me cranberry juice and napkins so halfway through my meal, I decided to get up to the table, get the napkins

When she came back, she had forgotten the napkins. She chuckled and said oh well yeah sorry today’s my first day back from vacation.

I softly politely showed her the banana that I had which was not great and she looked at it also chuckled and shrugged it off

I finished my food. It was normally a huge restaurant and this is not dramatic, but very, very disappointing.

We will return there, spacious and comfortable restaurant with lots of benches.
I chose the poached eggs.

Restaurant would be due for a good cleaning to remove old grime in the bathrooms and on the walls at the tables.

Good service, Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was of good quantity.
We were served quickly even though we were a group of 9 people.
I recommend it.

They served me dish water in my glass of water. Literally dishwater. They admitted to me afterwards that they had taken the wrong pitcher of water to fill my glass and offered me 5% off my bill. This restaurant is a real joke.
