Really disappointed with my order today. The pizza arrived in poor condition — the toppings and cheese were stuck to the top of the box, and everything looked messy and squashed. It seems like the pizza wasn’t handled properly during delivery. On top of that, there was no oregano or chilli flakes included, even though I specifically mentioned this while ordering. The presentation, missing condiments, and packaging completely ruined the experience. When you pay for a fresh pizza, you expect it to arrive intact and complete. I hope Domino’s improves their packaging, order accuracy, and delivery handling in the future.

Been ordering from this dominoes for a while and it was fine until tonight. The order showed delivered so I called, they said it would be there shortly and so I waited another 20 minutes before calling back. They then said the driver had dropped it off but we hadn't received our order. When I checked the GPS it showed the order was taken to the building next door. When I informed them of this I was told that they had dropped it off at the correct building and the driver denied making a mistake

They left me pizza in the snow, they didn't even call or handed me the pizza in person. Luckily the Amazon driver who was delivering packages noticed and knocked on my door to let me know. I have no choice but to eat this pizza now :( also it was over an hour late

I ordered new york style pizza but they sent me pan pizza around 3 am so I couldnt make a call since restaurant was closed so next morning I called they told me that you should call last night! How should I supposed to call when the restaurant is closed

On two different occasions I got food poisoning, first time was because I got cheese bread so raw that I genuinely thought I was chewing on melted cheese but no it really was straight dough.
