Domino’s never disappoints! The service is always quick and friendly, and the pizzas are consistently delicious. Their crust is perfectly baked, the toppings are fresh, and they never skimp on cheese! Whether it’s a late-night craving or a family dinner, Domino’s is my go-to spot. Highly recommend!
Update : FOOD POISONING FROM EATING ON 5TH OF JAN 2025. Pizza and items delivered without a bag so food was cold... It's - 13 weather... Food was ready 20 minutes before delivery according to the application... Do not order hand pan crust... Not worth extra charge. ALWAYS TOO MUCH SAUCE 😡. The cheesy bread was good but always has burnt cheese around it... Come on the food at Domino's is premade and the people can't get it right with cooking times....

CHARGED 3X ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR ONE ORDER
I ordered a pizza online about a week ago. Two days later, I realize that there are 3 $35 transactions on my credit card. I tell myself they will be canceled. A week later, I realize that the 3 transactions have indeed been made on my card.
I called the restaurant yesterday. An employee tells me that the manager or owner will call me back in a few hours to sort everything out. No news. I'm calling back today. Another employee tells me that she can't do anything and that I have to call Dominos Canada. I'm calling Dominos Canada. It's an empty voicemail box saying to communicate by email.
In short, I'm taking steps so that my small average pepperoni bacon doesn't cost me $110! No proactivity from Dominos. If I hadn't monitored my account statement, they would have made a record profit margin.
UPDATE (2024-10-18): I contacted the owner by email as requested, more than 48 hours ago now. Still no news from him. Still no news from Dominos Canada either. Dominos has had my money for 10 days.
