Disappointing Service and Food the customer service was rude and ignored us for most of our meal and they way they were staring at us was just pissed me off I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone please go somewhere that worth of your money

I ORDERED A STEAK HAMBURGER AND THERE WERE MUSHROOMS ON MY MEAT. COLD COFFEE. SLOW TABLE SERVICE. WAITED 15 MINUTES AFTER THE MEAL TO ORDER DESSERT. A SIMPLE CREAM POU: 10 MINUTES WAIT. ANOTHER 15 MINUTES TO HAVE THE BILL. TOTAL = 1 1/2 FOR A SIMPLE DINNER. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. I CRAVED THIS RESTAUEANT FROM MY DIRECTORY. A memorable experience for our party!
We recently had a party in this room, and everything was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and suitable to accommodate our group of guests. The equipment provided (tables, chairs, etc.) was in excellent condition, which greatly facilitated the organization.
Dinner was a real delight! For the menu we had two choices for the adults and spaghetti for the children, everything was delicious :)
The service was impeccable: the team on site was professional, attentive, we never ran out of water, the food was hot and the waiters were courteous.
I highly recommend this place for any special occasion. Whether for a birthday party, or a meeting with friends, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for this unforgettable evening, we will definitely be back!

Very basic and not very tasty lunch for a fairly expensive price for the quality. Order errors on each of our plates.. Very little bacon, beans with little ooze, potatoes dripping, my frying too salty. There was also a hair on my plate. $1.25 extra for household bread which is really just normal thicker bread. We won't be back...luckily the waitress was nice.

Very bad service, we were left at a poorly cleaned table and sent a carafe of coffee and no milk, after a long time a waitress came by to see if we were ready to order. She was asked for milk and sugar before the coffee was cold, she said yes and went to the kitchen and came out to serve another table and did not come back. We left to eat at Ben & Florentine's, excellent service and a much cleaner place.

We were served by the owner of the restaurant directly this morning, we were accompanied by our 4 month old little one. Super fast service despite a huge group, when we asked for the bill since our little one seemed tired we had it in 30 seconds. Definitely my favorite lunch restaurant in Sherbrooke, lots of room between tables. Special mention to the boss boy present today, whose first name I don't know, young, dark, beard. Great service also thanks again, fast, efficient, polite, good. 5 ⭐️.
It was more than average I went for lunch with a friend 20 minutes before a waitress came to us with coffee and took our orders We don't get half of our stuff we ask for, we have to force it to get it We asked to remove items due to allergies, we still had them on the plate The food was edible without more We see that he takes the cheapest quality of raw material to make us eat. In short, I don't really recommend there are many better lunch restaurants nearby The only positive point I would say is we had time to color the last placemat in full ahahah

Old place, but it still works. The wait time for receiving our plates was unrealistic. A plate of eggs Benedict and a casserole served in 4 minutes. It is impossible that the plate was made after our order was taken. There was a mistake in the choice of potatoes. The plates were cold. The egg in the pan was overcooked and cold. It looked like a plastic egg!😂 I informed the waitress that there had been a mistake in the choice of my potatoes as soon as I received my plates. I received my new potatoes when I finished my plate. I was disappointed to see that they were cold, too salty and almost burnt. My boyfriend also received his new egg at the end of our meal. He too, the temperature of his egg left something to be desired. When we asked the waitress if we normally wouldn't have been supposed to have fruit with our plates, she told us that they hadn't had any all day. Our toasts were not toasted...it was a nice outing to the restaurant to celebrate our anniversary! The worst part was that the waitress didn't seem bothered or bothered by the situation. Despite all our comments, she still asked me if I enjoyed my lunch. 😂 Seeing all the beautiful photos that customers have left makes you wonder. In the end, my boyfriend and I had a good time dealing with these situations. But this is the last time we go to this address.
