Every time I order they forget to put the protein in the dish. Today, my order was missing 5 of the vegetables that my bowl should contain and two of the three proteins. I went back inside to rectify the situation and the employee did not completely correct the order. Plus, the sauce on the side was in and it wasn't the right one! I do not advise!

The prices are really high for the quality of the food received. We waited 25 minutes to get our food only to have an error in my order. The employee even told me the mistake was my fault. Several ingredients were no longer available. When the employee redid my order, my bowl was half full. Really disappointing and irritating experience.

We took 2 wraps and a salad to take away, the portions were large and it was fresh, well cooked and good. We will definitely return there because it is much healthier than other similar small restaurants. The quantity vs the price was good. Very good and fast service, for a Saturday evening.

Me and my girlfriend had a custom chicken bowl and in both of our bowls, the chicken was undercooked with a pinkish tint and pink bits. The chicken was not cooked, we went to ask for more and the cook told us that all the chicken is cooked this way even though it will probably be the same. Aside from that, the rest of the foods are good in my opinion, but I generally recommend against them.

What a terrible experience. The food was truly inedible for any number of reasons. The service was awful. When pointing out issues with the salad build the server got really annoyed. She then had to rebuild it and forgot two ingredients that had been paid for. The teriyaki bowl was inedible. The broccoli was frozen, the carrots were slimy, the rice was crunchy, the teriyaki sauce aggressively salty. My first and last experience. Left without eating the dishes.

I would put -5 if I could. Outdated food, all black salad (hidden under vegetables). Eggs that taste and smell rotten, cooked several days before because the yolk is very pale. This is really disgusting. Very disappointing "healthy" meal, we are still hungry as we wasted. For a brand called Freshii, this restaurant does not do it justice. Waste of time and money. Foods anything but fresh. I worked in customer service and I would never put a handful of dark lettuce on a dish. This is really taking customers for a gang of cellars with such a lack of quality control. It's not fun to sort through crappy $30 food during our lunch hour.

First experience at Freshii.So I take the personalized bowl and choose the ingredients, for the accompaniment olive oil and balsamic vinegar. So I expect to enjoy it.I receive the order and don't see the vinegar or anything, so I mix the bowl.... big mistake I should have eaten the top and thrown away the bottom, a soup of vinegar, each mouthful only tastes like balsamic vinegar and nothing else. My face is less on fire with Jalapeño....I am hesitant to request a refund for the poor quality of the dish.A shame for kitchen “professionals”....

I order a bowl with steak, no steak because the machine was dirty and it has just been washed...The employee tells me that it closes at 7 p.m. when it's supposed to be 8 p.m. In addition, the avocado tasted like lemon as if it had marinated in it for a long time, the black beans were mushy, very mushy, the corn was turning brown so not fresh at all, I had to replace the steak with chicken which was cold and the brown rice, very mushy too. Anyway, it wasn't good and I paid $20 for it. Where are the managers and/or owners? They open restaurants and leave them in the hands of young employees who don't care about the quality of the service or the food. It’s not very good for the Freshii banner!
