The poutine and club sandwiches are really solid, it’s always clean and the people are super welcoming, there are free EV chargers outside but I would like to point out that this evening I went 10 minutes after closing thinking that it would close later. They still served me with a smile!
Does that mean they're going to do it every time, no. But I'm leaving a review to show my appreciation but also because the event is representative of their entire service, something we see less and less in fast food.

I have been a customer for quite a while at this place.. Never had a problem to date.. But today I was really disappointed with the service from an employee. On the order I had extra bacon.. which I did not receive with my plate. I go to the lady and tell her I didn't get any bacon.. The smart response I got back was that I had had my plate for a while and she should have see it. So she refused to give me my "Bacon".. So we can forget the good comment and I will refer you to another place. Unsavory... go have lunch elsewhere.. that's what I'm going to do in the future!!!! So insulted that it made me hungry.. Plus I'm crossing the city to go and encourage them.. FINISHED!!

Excellent poutine, certainly a little expensive, but it's worth trying! The cheese curds are super good, you can buy big bags on site. Impeccable service with Isabelle. Beautiful energy and beautiful smile! Thank you very much for your service!

Best poutine I have ever had. With the BBQ sauce. Everything is great including the ice cream. They have premade meals and cheeses. Great overall place.
