I showed up 30 minutes before closing and they refused to take my order. The cook told me they were closed and he completely ignored me when I told him it closed at 9 p.m. Finally I went right next door and he served me with a big smile!

I order the chicken poke for $13.. when I check out he says..yes sir you ordered plate N:1 for $18..I say no it's the chicken poke..he. tells me you should have clarified..I answer criss I just told you POKE..?..chicken was pretty decent the rest..the sauces tingle on the tongue the.half cooked vegetables?..very bad experience. ..تفوريخ ديال توانسة الله يعطيك عصبة ليك و لماليك الي مرباوكش

Rien a dire par rapport à la nourriture , le poulet était bon , bien épicé et le goût était comme on voulait. Le seul bémol c’est la qualité de service qui est loin de nos attentes, pas de sourire , manque de courtoisie. Pendant que je fais mon choix pour les garnitures j’ai voulu choisir un 3e choix bien sûr tout en gardant la même quantité dans l’assiette car ça revient au même le jeune cuisinier disant que j’avais droit à deux choix seulement pourtant je fais la même chose a quebec et à Montréal pour la même bannière et malgré qu’on parle la même longue.Voilà je ne retournerai jamais

Je suis encore écoeuré de la nourriture (assiette #1) que j’ai mangé hier chez Torino du Carrefour de l’estrie à Sherbrooke. Le poulet, les patates et même le houmous étaient complètement ratés. Rien n'était ni frais ni bon à consommer. Je ne vais plus jamais lui faire confiance pour me servir à manger. Dommage !

0 accountability for Uber orders. Delivered to wrong apartment/ block and Uber didn't help either. Called bank to dispute transaction. not supporting Torino ever again. 0 attempt to make it right. Keeping 20$ to lose a long time customer shows how greedy they are. Zero zero zero zero shame on Torino . Doesn't respect customers. Uber is a joke too
