I ordered a takeaway pizza at 4:00 p.m. by phone for 5:30 p.m. I had to wait another half hour and I wasn't the only one waiting. Well ordinary counter service. It wasn't my first experience of this kind at this restaurant. A pizza with taxes and service at $76.00 is starting to be quite expensive for the service received.

Huge fried onion starter, we brought some home ?
Nothing negative to say about the meal, it was a good portion, it tasted good, my children ate everything on their plate and we almost did too! We will definitely return!

Once again very disappointed with the service and food. We called to have a pizza made. When we got home we noticed that the pizza was very very cooked and even burned in places!! too bad we couldn't post a photo of what we were served!!!! We called to mention this fact and we got the response 'ok you want me to do what you called just to say that!!! For us it's over as a place food and service a big zero

It's been a while, I haven't been there... no memories. The pizza was good. I went there on a Monday at noon it was 1 p.m. I was the only one in the restaurant, and when I saw that there was veal liver and bacon, a dish that I love, I immediately ordered unfortunately the liver was calcined the bacon was ok. Fries were good.Colslaw were questionable. Unfortunately, the waitress did not come to see me to find out if everything was correct??? So when I went to pay I told him to tell the cooks to lower the heat because I don't eat burnt meat and it can happen to burn something, but serving it the same is unacceptable! And then she tells me that you should have told me, but isn’t it up to me to do her job as a waitress? She didn't charge me anything for my plate Without any ostination That's why I gave 1-2* otherwise a big zero lol!

Bonsoir , je suis vraiment déçu du service, du Jack’o Rock Forest. Ce n’est pas la première fois que je suis déçu, notre commande est jamais comme on demande. je me disais ben je vais leur laisser une petite chance. Mais se soir , plus de chance le comble du comble et faire rire de moi. J’appelle pour me plaindre que ma commande est pas ce que j’ai demandé, on m’en offre une autre , mais faire encore un aller-retour de 40 minutes, disons que ça me tentait pas surtout qu’il était déjà rendue 19:30 , et pas sur qu’elle serait faite comme demandé. Je m’entendais à ce qu’on me dise ben on s’excuse de l’inconvénient mais on peut aller vous en porter une autre. Mais rien de ça préposé. On me dit que sur une prochaine commande on pourrais me faire un crédit, elle calcule et me reviens pour me dire qu’elle pourrait me faire un crédit de 5$🤬je respire et je lui dit c’est presque rire de moi, c’est même pas la moitié de ma pizza. Et c’est juste une question d’argent, mais de service à clientèle Alors pourquoi je retournerai à une place qui se calisse du monde. Alors je lui ai dit que je retournerai pas et que j’allais mettre un commentaire. En passant , c’est la poubelle qui a manger cette pizza et il me reverrons plus la face . Donc à vos risques et périls.

Very very disappointed with the Bang Bang shrimp. Out of 15 shrimp at least 10 have only breading no sauce. It makes no sense.....
Excellent experience. Pizza was great. Will most definitely be returning. High price but so good.

Tu as beau te vanter d'être ouvert depuis 1989. Tu devrais vanter le menu d'antan. 6 belles pages bien pleines de choix variés. Vos heures d'ouverture accessibles. Vous avez tellement réduit la quantité/qualité des assiettes, réduit le menu à 1 seule page et les heures d'ouvertures que ce n'est vraiment plus intéressant d'aller dans votre restaurant.
