Whenever I come home for a visit, I love getting Jerry's pizza. But to charge to CUT the pizza is ridiculous! I live in a large city where this would NEVER happen. All the food is insanely over priced. I got a chicken souvkaki wrap and it was soggy with 2 sad pieces of chicken, one little slice of tomato, a HUGE amount of onions and a sad piece of Lettuce. It was gross. Really disappointed where this restaurant hase gone. Being a monopoly in town, I know the restaurant will continue to thrive, but hopefully things will improve.

I called at 6:40 p.m. and calling back at 7:40 p.m. our pizza was going into the oven, I called back at 8:40 p.m. and the delivery man had just left the restaurant for our very disappointing delivery. More than 2 hours of waiting is not normal.

Since when do we charge packaging fees for take out? Where is this mentioned in your menu? If I go to eat in the dining room, will you do the dishwashing for me? Really unexpected and frustrating.

Quite a mixed bag. First of all, the pizza (vegetarian for me) was excellent overall. Could’ve been tougher in the middle so the toppings don’t slide off, but that’s my only gripe.. with the food.
Service was terrible, the lady is so incredibly rude that I’d never recommend anyone go here. My wife and I get in and a friend (mother?) of the waitress seats us, which is totally fine. The table was a bit dirty but we didn’t actually care. What we did care about was the waitress being pushy for drinks, being very rude when we inquired about what meat was in the poutine gravy before ordering, and bad mouthing us in the back about picking a dirty table. She’s horrendous.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The very nice waitress, excellent service and very good beef at a very affordable price. There is the daily menu for an excellent price. The only drawback is that there is no seating space. It's a very small restaurant but you can have take-out or delivery. I recommend 100%

We discovered Jerry's recently. We sometimes travel to the area for work. We took our order to take out. The service was very good, despite the rush.
I chose an "all dressed" pizza, my wife had the rice/salmon & salad plate. The pizza was delicious, very well cooked, generously topped right down to the crust, which is not always the case in other restaurants. The salmon was cooked perfectly. It has happened in other restaurants that it was overcooked and dry. Here...perfect. :) Rice and salad, very good.
Only negative points: While waiting for our order, a cook responded a little stupidly to a waitress, and given that the restaurant is small, we heard. We can understand that it was a rush, but you have to remain courteous to your teammates.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The very nice waitress, excellent service and very good beef at a very affordable price. There is the daily menu for an excellent price.
