We ordered a scallop plate and a medium popcorn chicken poutine. We received a scallop starter without rice or salad and the shell was 90% mashed potatoes and 10% seafood sauce with the price of the plate and not the starter. Additionally, we received a large poutine with leftover cold, hard fries. Very disappointing and we will not return.

I went to the counter to order,,,the waitress (it must be Kayla from what I read other comments) was on the phone,,,puts it on hold,,,,doesn't say hello to me for a moment,,,goes to the kitchen, comes back doesn't look at me and picks up the phone,,,,puts it back on hold and goes back to the kitchen,,,comes back and picks up the phone. I stayed 5 minutes and left,,,,what pitiful service and attitude for this young girl who seems to not care about anything. As a result I didn't order anything and I never will. Can't wait for the former johnny of magog rue st patrice. So I'm going to go pay more and eat a REAL pizza at Jerry pizzeria in Lennoxville!!!!!

The delivery man arrives and hands me the card machine. I am surprised because the amount is not the same as announced. For what?
Because this young man, not even 20 years old, had put the tips on himself……..
As for the food, it's just not worth the price.

Terrible service! I ordered at exactly 8:49 p.m. I live literally 3 minutes from the restaurant. I received my order at 10:06 p.m. Can someone explain it to me? I ordered a poutine and a puck and are you going to tell me that it takes an hour to do that?! I have always loved Johny but it clearly never could for me! I would like to mention that it was a Monday evening, if it would have been a Friday evening I could have understood but there... that's tough on you!

The only thing that's bad is that it doesn't have much room to reach.

Not much room to sit and I don't understand why it is so close to the toilets....
After only 15 minutes of eating everyone wanted to go out...

The taste was better at the entrance than at the exit....

I was very disappointed with how my California shrimp was cooked last night
It was cold and very crunchy.

I eat them almost every week, normally they are soft and very hot.

I live less than 5 minutes by car

The shrimp eaten on site and the pizza taken away is to die for. I couldn't resist the urge to then have a stuffed johny specialty delivered, I really recommend it. The whole family ate well and very satisfied, no nightmares hehe it's nice to have good service especially in restaurants there's nothing worse than a wasted meal so Enjoy your meal :)
