Very disappointing experience at this restaurant. First, it took 45 minutes before our server came to see us for the first time. We repeatedly asked another employee to come take our order. After 1 hour we managed to order. 15 minutes later, we received our soup which in my opinion was more of a bowl of lukewarm water. To end the evening, the waiter simply took the money, without thanks, without goodbye and without apology for the inconvenience caused by the wait. In short, a $150 full of bitterness.
Always sublime soup and main dishes that change with the seasons. The only downside is that the entries are not all equivalent in terms of quality. Perfect cooking of meats and exceptional flavors. Impeccable service. A must in Sherbrooke.

Bouffe excellente. Le service du serveur très expéditif, impersonnel et suivi du repas juste par principe sans intérêt et jamais il ne nous a versé de vin. La jeune fille au service de l'eau et aux tables: vraiment agréable et excellent service . Disons qu'on a eu à boire notre vin rapidement. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir prendre le temps d'apprécier notre première visite à ce resto et à avoir à avaler moins vite notre repas. Pas certaine pour une prochaine fois.
