Excellent restaurant we took the agreement with the 7 services and it was very good. The wines were well chosen and we enjoyed all the dishes, although we each had our favorites. A small downside for the music which gave a strange atmosphere. I like Quebec rap, but the context didn't lend itself very well to it. My third visit and still an excellent experience both in terms of cuisine and welcome. We chose the five-course formula rather than seven and were satisfied. The pairing with the wines is both original and impeccable. A very good address in Sherbrooke.
Excellent experience tonight from beginning to end! We got the 5 course menu and the food was incredible. Highlights were definitely the pasta with beef cheeks, the dessert paired with pear liquor and the cod cheeks. The pasta in particular led to a pleasant out of body, existential experience.
